1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of StaffClock, operated by Chavannes Ltd (Company No. 17198260), registered in England and Wales. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. The service

We provide the service described on our website. We may change features over time; material changes will be communicated to active customers.

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Prices and plan limits are as stated at checkout. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Cancellation and deletion

You may cancel at any time. You may delete your account and all associated data at /delete-account; deletion is permanent and irreversible.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. Business customers may also rely on our Data Processing Agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
