Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, any time, no questions asked. You can cancel directly from your account settings page — no phone call, no support ticket, no exit interview. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
Are there any hidden fees or long-term contracts?
No hidden fees, no setup costs, no contracts. The price shown is what you pay. VAT is added at the standard UK rate (20%) on top. Annual plans are billed once per year; monthly plans renew each calendar month.
What happens to my data if I cancel or my trial ends?
Your data is never deleted automatically. After a trial ends or a subscription lapses, your account is locked (you can't access the dashboard) but all data is retained for 90 days. You can resubscribe at any time within that window and resume exactly where you left off. You can also request a full data export at any time from your account settings.
Who owns the data — us or StaffClock?
You own your data. StaffClock acts as a Data Processor under UK GDPR — we process data on your behalf, not for our own purposes. You are the Data Controller. You can export or delete all data at any time. Our full Data Processing Agreement is available at /dpa.
What kind of support do you offer?
All plans include email support with a response within 1 business day. Business plan subscribers receive priority support, typically same-day. We do not offer phone support — compliance questions are answered clearly and accurately in writing so there's a record.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. All your data and reminders carry over when you switch.
